Let me know how that works out for you.
I paid Jay Charles for work and identified what we consider to be bugs in the code. Though we fully documented the bugs and reported them to Charles, and while he wrote emails to us saying that he would warranty his work and correct the bugs, he now says the work is complete and refuses to make the repairs after payment has been made in full. He even refuses to communicate with us.
He's made it clear that my recourse now is legal action.
