    Form, where to begin

I'm a newbie and i need to create a pretty complex form with radio buttons, combo boxes, and input fields. What would be the best way to pursue this project?

    1) start from scratch - use components to build the project
    2) edit a tut or existing form - find one and chop it up
    3) don't use flash- make it in html as a pop-up

I would appericate anyone who has experience with this to offer me any suggestions, it would be greatly appericated

If you are using AS2, Flash has already a document format that is called "Flash Form Application" that mimics forms. You can create it from the new menu. It has some nice navigation capabilities. However, don't use this is you only have one form to build. Use this if you have many forms that need to be sequenced or navigated between.

If i were to create the form using components would it be difficult to write a script to handle it? because that would be the ideal method of creation
