php include causes problem with xml data??

I've got a horizontal scroller that loads images from an xml file, uses flashobject.js to display and it works fine:

But, as soon as I use a php include, it doesn't display anthing?!

I tried changing the path in the included htm file to contain the full path, but that didn't display the images:
http://brianwpiper.com/test2.php

Am I missing something? Do I need to change the path somewhere else?? Is it the .js?
