hey guys ...so i'm trying to make a site and I want to be able to go through the pages like this site here:

If you click on the buttons at the bottom "HOME NEWS CASE STUDIES...etc" you see how they go up and then down when they need to... i was wondering how to do this or if you had a tutorial for such a thing?... Thanks
