I guess I can't do anything with this 'cos of copyright issues. Still, quite fun to make and play.

some ideas to add:
- displacement filter for the ball to make it look round,- or add a gradient with alpha over it
- speed lines
- textfield is still set as selectable (this shouldn´t happen to a good flash developer)
graphics are not the best but I guess they are good enought for you so I wont be picky on that

Link works now, no I'm not in China, as the location says, New York City.

Anyways, like the game, a little hard for me to play much with a touchpad but in terms of copyright issues or whatever, I don't see why you couldn't just think of a different scenario and reskin the game to be something else. You might even come up with additional aspects to the game with a different theme.
