I've tried adding 1 and 3 second buffers to my FLV links but neither seem to work. The problem is the FLV plays the first 2 or 3 frames before holding for the buffer and then playing again causing a stutter.

How can I make sure the video is either hidden completely until the buffer loads or at least holds on frame 1 until ready?
