Unexpected Freelancer Seeks Advice

I hope this is okay per the forum rules...

My first Flash project was an interactive map in AS3 for personal use, which can be seen at http://www.everythinginnakhon.info/EIN.html

I've now been contacted by someone who wants to pay to copy and use the map with some changes that they might need me to do for them. And I have no idea what this map is worth.

I read that charges for maintaining can be around $10-$15 per hour, but I'd really appreciate ballpark figures of what would you have charged to develop this map, and how much would be a reasonable free-use fee?

Apologies in advance if this sort of question is not a done thing to ask. But I need some ideas from somewhere and I hope people here can help.
