how to contrl volume of multple sound objects with in one movie clip

ok so what im trying to do is make a basic mixer, where one can control the volume and pan of a 5 different sounds, so they will have theyr own levels, and then being able to control the global sound of all of them without chnaging the levels inside the movie clip, but chaning the global volume of them. sounds very confusing, but basically if anyone is familiar with audio software i am tryin to build a device and a mixer for it. what i have a problem with is once the user sets teh volume and pans of the different sound to what he wants, how can he change the global volume of those sounds, but keeping his setup?
so if he sets"kick"=60, then changes teh volume of teh whole movie clip that kick is in, the kick will still = 60 inside the movie clip, but its global volume will be w.e the user sets it too. i know this is possible i have seen it done, but i cannot figure this out, i can set the sounds to movie clips and controll thei volumes independitly, but i cannot, controll all of their settings globaly. pls respond any help would be appreciated!

maybe a better way to explain it is i have 3 movie clips, two within the other.movieclip2 and movieclip3 are inside movieclip1. movieclip2 has a sound attached to it and u can change the volume of movieclip 2, same thing goes for movieclip 3. so you can independitly controll the sound volume of mc 2 and mc3 that are inside mc1. now what i need help with is controlling the sound of mc1. so the user can set the voluems of mc2 and 3 to whatever they like, but then they also need to be able to controll the volume of mc1 which effects both mc2 and mc3. i hope that clears it up
