    Personality Quiz [Multiple Choice]

I need to make a personality quiz with three questions. Some answers have a total of 8 multi-choice answers and others have 5.

I understand AS enough to be able to do follow tutorials to get it to work but I am not an expert.

So basically, three questions, multi-choice answers. It's basically a screening tool, you select some answers from 1 & 2 or 2 & 3 and based on that, it gives you the result.....

anyone know how to help me with this?

    Thanks in advance!!!!

I hope this explains it better:

I am trying to add three questions with about five choices for the first question and eight choices for question number 2 and 3.
    For example:

    Question 1 - A, B, C, D, E - user selects two answers from here.
    Question 2 - A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I - user selects three answers from here.
    Question 3. - A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I - user selects one answer.

    Results are calculated like this:
    You are a Bird if you answer questions 1, 2 and 3 or 1, 3 or 2, 3.

You are an Eagle if you answer questions 1, 2

You are a mouse if you answer just 3.

Now basically, by selecting an answer the user said "Yes." So if a user answered all three questions - he will be a bird, if he selects just 3, he is a mouse.

Basically, the quiz needs to see what options the user selects and if he selects one option in each question he gets a certain result. LIke I pointed out, if you anser 1, 2, 3, only then are you a bird.
