Preloader Question in Max3

First of all hats off to the new Max 3. I have tested and now paid for my new edition and I'm very pleased.

How can I effect a preloader as illustrated in this link to a leica website:

I can't quite understand how it is effected and how I can create a similar action within Max3

This is not a preloader Brian, this is only a timeline that shows different pictures in time and that lets you click to go to the picture you want.
