i hate auto-launching anything. i hate popups. my client wants both. ugh.

i know how to launch a centered popup with the click of a button, but i don't know how to launch a centered popup once a movie gets to a certain frame on a timeline... probably really easy, but i need help with this one...

(i will post this in the actionscript forum, too... hope that's okay)
