Another Website Button Question
Using Flash CS4
To summarize, I have two sites I'm working on, the first using a TemplateMonster Template and the second using a FlashDen Template. You can view them at:
http://www.sylviaclarkart.com
http://www.sylviaclarkartonline.com
What I want to do is link both sites together, so I put the second site in a folder called “art” so you can link it to that folder. I uploaded the .rar for the whole site with all the pics so it’s about 111 meg. Here’s what I need:
On the sylviaclarkart.com site, I’d like to link the “Portfolio” button to the “art\index.html” folder, so that it shows that Portfolio instead of the one on that comes with the site. I’ll be using the same site in both urls, that’s why I put it in the “art” folder. Let me know if I need to organize it differently.
Here is the action for that button:
Code:
onClipEvent(load) {
num=3;
}
on(rollOver) {
if(_root.link<>num) {
this.gotoAndPlay("s1");
}
}
on(rollOut, releaseOutside) {
if(_root.link<>num) {
this.gotoAndPlay("s2");
}
}
on(release) {
if(_root.link<>num and _root.animation==1) {
//_root.loaded_portf=0;
this.gotoAndPlay("s3");
_root.animation=0;
_root.link_prev=_root.link;
_parent["item" + _root.link].gotoAndPlay("s4");
_root.link=num;
_root.pages.page.play();
}
}
Download the entire site here:

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
