AS master need for co-job

Hi

I am looking for a Flash AS master which is aviable for freelance and online colaboration for a new website.
The website is about a professional teaching institute in Italy, which i work for as a architecture graphics teacher.
The want the website made the way they can do their automanagement so i have thought about smth made in AIR which they can use from their desk ( an icon possible ) and the website made in Flash AS ...
I am able for any kind of graphics and i have started working on that as they want it but i urge someone who code it ... a partner.
I havent talk about money with them yet, cos i dont know how much to ask to them( even i dont want money from them so all the ammount will go the the partner ), so if someone with those abilities is interested please contact me as soon as possible, giving to me the opportunity to see some of his/her work and the cost for his/her time.
