    Hey,

    Where can I download a free version of flash cs4 for windows.
    (a link would be appreciated)

    That is not legal, so i cant give you the link (sorry)
    but you can Youtube what you want..., so that counts too for free flash cs4...

    if you want full version,. you are asking how to break the law.
