Modifying this Game?

Hey.

I was wondering if anyone new how to modify this game so that you have to achieve a cetain course time so that you would have to beat it and then if you do you can have an option of going next level which i would create (i know how to do that part). And then if you dont make it so that you have to retry. And also maybe as another option if you would now how have it so you have say like 10 lifes.
