How was this "rotating images effect" done in Flash?

I'm totally new to Flash and I would really like to know how this effect was done in Flash! Just hover your mouse on the book covers and you will see the images rotate.

Is there a similar ready-made flash action script or file available for sale on the web (or perhaps an online tutorial), where the buyer can modify it according to his requirements?

It's called a carousel, and there are tons of them on the internet, you just needed a proper term to search for.
