That's from Face/Off. Its the scene where John Travolta(as Castor Troy as Sean Archer) is talking to Nicolas Cage(as Sean Archer as Castor Troy) in the prison. John Travolta is telling Nicolas Cage about how he got his face and how if a face lift cost $5,000 imagine what this would cost. John Travolta had killed the doctor and Sean Archer's best friend Tito.
