Hello,
I am currently making some banners in flash and exporting them as animated gifs. Clearly flash allows these to become quite complex but that also bumps up the end file size. Does anyone know of a general 'rule of thumb' that can be used as a guide for the final gif file size.
Cheers.

For an animated gif banner I would go no higher than 14k. This is because certain sites will not accept third party banner ads above 14k. Hope this was of help.
