3d objects and animations.

Lately, I've noticed a heavy usage of 3-D objects within flash movies: 3d typography, shapes, etc. Also, I've seen lots of simple line vectors that give the illusion of 3d space by having the 'camera' pan around the image, etc. I wanted to know if there was some kind of flash plug-in to achieve all of these effects, or if there is simply another program that flash can import them from. Is this true, or are people really animating such convincing 3d effects completely within flash? If it is through the use of outside software, what is the name of it, and more specifically - is it freeware? Thanks.

this program really rulez and you can even inport you stuff from 3d max.
i don't know the price, but it's not freeware!!
There're a forum here in flashkit called "swift3d" that probebly can give you more information!
