Wave text Effect

I asked awhile back about this... I want to duplicate the effect seen here:

Sometimes that pages doesn't work so here is a description of what I need.

I need text to come in like its on a wave (modulating). Letter by letter spelling out a sentence that sits on the screen and continues to modulate in place after all the letters are present. I wanna do it via a variable too that writes the sentences. HELP greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Um... Yeah... - I know its not flash - but I asked for the Flash method to get the effect -k?
