How do you bring up a new browser window as a different size?

I am re-building a website, using Flash this time, and I need to bring up a new window, which is no problem... But, I would like to have the window a certain size (ie: width=650...). I have a JavaScript that lets me do that with HTML, but I don't know how to do that in Flash. If someone could help me in the right direction, I would appreciate it much...
