Here are step by step instructions:

Click "Submit".
Then you will be taken to the next page that explains the promotion. Click "Use this promotion code".
Then you will be taken to the shopping cart page.
Enter the # of licenses you want in the Flix 2.0 license field, and clicked "Update".
Scrolling down the page you will see that your final total has a $99 discount - so you will pay $30 for a single license.
Then if you want you can get $100 off your first video library purchase with your Flix 2.0 license.
