Ampersand in HTML text:

Ampersand screwing me. The line needs to read: Fattal & Collins
But text stops after the word Fattal. Do you know any other way to markup an ampersand that I can try? Not quite sure why this isn't working. It works if I try and read it in an HTML page. But in a flash document that is reading this text file as an external .txt file, it cuts off after the word Fattal. Any thoughts?
