Hey I know this has been discussed before, but for some reason I can't find the topic(s). How can I make a poll using 3DFA, where someone votes only once.

Also, if it isn't too hard, is there a way to show the results on who voted for who, AFTER that individual voted? If not, how do I make it, so it sends the vote results to a specific e-mail address?
