Police today are investigating the new craze sweeping Yorkshire of taking class A drugs simply by rubbing on the lips. Kids all across the district have become high after rubbing their lips with drugs without actually swallowing them.

A police spokesman made comments that it was irresponsible and still highly illegal to take drugs this way.
