I’m hoping someone can help me out. I’m a new registered user of Koolmoves and this is one of the slickest software packages I’ve used. Unfortunately I’m having a problem.

I keep getting an error window in XP Pro “Koolmoves has encountered an error and needs to close.” I’ve learned to save nearly every time I change something to ensure no lost work.

Example: I’m working on a movie that has, for instance, ten frames (It doesn’t seem to matter on the number of frames). I choose the tenth frame and delete it using the minus button next to the plus button on the bottom toolbar. Yes the popup message. Then decide to delete another frame, say frame eight (doesn’t seem to matter which one), yes to the popup and I get the above error. Every time I try this I get the above error.

I’ve had many other errors that seem random. I have re-downloaded the setup program. Uninstalled then reinstalled the program. No other programs are open when using although there are programs loaded in the systray. I have Norton Antivirus, Zone Alarm, and a few other programs. I don’t think I’m running out of resources, is there a way to check this? I have Photoshop, Premiere, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc, etc, and none seem to run out of resources. I’m stuck, any suggestions?

Thank you in advance.
