Just arrived back from a fun filled day at Six Flags New England. While there, I got to experience the infamous Superman ride. Apparently, a man with cerebral palsy died after he was thrown from the ride. It was shut down and everything, but that didn't stop people from riding it once it reopened.

It was the first ride we went on, and it took me and my friends about 1 1/2 hours just to get on the damn thing. But I have to say; it was worth it. I used to think my favorite ride was the Montu at Busch Gardens, but this one tops it. It goes 80 MPH, it's a total of 5500 feet long, lasts 2 1/2 minutes, and drops you 230 feet at about a 89 degree angle at the very beginning. Exhilirating.

Also, there were some other cool rides too. One called Screamer or something, where you're just basically locked into a chair and launched 200 feet high, then dropped after a 10 second delay from that height. That one messes with you a bit.
