I can see the thread, just not Gerbicks posts. I guess he's talking about the Hannibal Arstechnica article. If that's the case, all he does is speculate like everyone else (and I've seen much better speculations recently). Just have a look at this article: http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=61492

In an interview with Dutch magazine [N]Gamer, senior director of marketing Jim Merrick is quoted as saying: "Regarding the specifications, we will probably never 'release' this information as we feel that it is largely irrelevant.

"While some of our competitors enjoy comparing specifications, it has little or nothing to do with how satisfied the consumers will be with the system and the games once they are released."

And there was no budging him, either: "I know people are hungry for information on Revolution and we respect and appreciate that, but we don't want to contribute to the cloud of meaningless information that surrounds the next generation systems."
So you will not know the Nintendo Revolution specs for a long long time (till some dev breaks his contract), so everything you hear about the Revs power will be speculation, nothing else.

Same for the RSX (GPU) in PS3, nobody has detailed enough informations of it to seriously compare it to the Xbox 360 GPU. All you can compare is the Xbox 360 CPU with Cell and nobody I know and trust thinks Cell will be slower.
