i skimmed threw the sticky but didnt understand the concept and running sounds from a seperate SWF.

I know that flash loads all sounds be anything and my sound files are fairly large so dialup users wont see nothing for a while. Is there a good tutorials about this subject.

Or how can i decrease the size of my loops. They are only like 30 seconds long each and they are like 3 meg. why?
