Why does everyone complain when someone "bumps" an ageing thread? There's nothing wrong with old threads. In fact, if it's old, it's probably a good quality piece of reading because it's been around this long. Do you think we should abandon old people in a desert or place a bullet in their skulls just because they're old? Well... maybe we should but with threads, it's different.
