hey guys, my friend wants to sell me an xbox 360 premium package which i think comes with controllers and games for 400$ canadian... is this a good deal?

im thinking of buying it but dont know too much about xbox and hardly have enough time to play video games... would you guys buy this for that price? should i ask him to lower it? what do you think>?
