    Talking Looking to form a design team

    Hi Folks,

    I am looking to form a design team, my background is in Graphics mainly, although i can use a wide varity of programs and understand quite a bit of web programming, no expert though. I need the following skill sets:

    - PHP/ASP/.NET programmers - one or more is good
    - Flash Actionscripters
    - 3D artisits - interperting logo designs etc

    I have a few project due to start shortly

    WEB
    - Haulage Company - site redesign - paying project
    - Local Band - Non paying but somewhere i would like to test the new teams skills - http://www.myspace.com/siriusmusicNorthern Ireland Band
