got this little question..

I want to make a navigation on my site with a row of buttons.
When I mouse-over a button it should become a bit bigger, like 120%.
but the button next to it should become a bit bigger also, like 110%.

has anybody got a idea how to do this..
or does anybody has an example?

it looks a bit like the dock on a mac...
