Newbie (Can't figure out glitch in transition)

Good Afternoon

I've created a filmstrip and two rectangles. I move the filmstrip to the left and the rectangles in and out to highlight a photo on the middle.

Everytime I get to a specific frame, what I'm trying no longer works. The rectangles and filmstrip do no continue to do what they are supposed to. I'm using version 6.12 and you can find the swf at:http://www.owatonnahuskiesbasketball.com/flash.htm

I've also included the fun file if that helps.

I really need help with this one as it makes no sense to my why all at once this stops working.
