Would it be difficult to recreate the functionality of the site below in Flash? I have a reasonable grip of Actionscripting. I presume the database functionality is pretty straight forward with ASP?

Or is there software for Dreamweaver (or standalone stuff) that will generate something similar using whatever language that the site is written in?
