I love KM. I use it for my own projects and side work, and now I need to convince the management that it's a better choice for us. Here's a quick background: I'm in IT, managing and designing our intranet site. I need to be able to switch quickly between PL/SQL, JSP, HTML, JS, CSS, and graphics work. Our marketing department uses the latest version of Flash, but they don't take full advantage of it...they're primarily designers and anything beyond a click-through is beyond them. They're responsible for our Internet site, but they don't have anything to do with our intranet (via Oracle Portal). As a result of some shuffling about, I'll be doing more Flash work. I want to be able to standardize IT using KM. I do have Flash MX and use it, but...well, preaching to the choir...I can do better work faster with KM.

Any ideas for converting the management without concerns of source file interoperability? Thanks for the help!!!
