Need help finishing a small site framework

so i've been working on this site framework, and i've spent so much time on this last portion, that i figured it might be worth my sanity to pay to have someone with more actionscript experience write it.

Here's what i've been doing so far, and here's where i need to go.

My site flow works like this

mainStage is the primary container clip

it loads 2 external clips topnav.swf and home.swf

home.swf has 2 primary navigation items on it, and it continues down loading external movies, and replacing stage items.

where i get screwed up is trying to load what i call a final content module, which needs to load 3 swfs and a secondary navigation element. (one of which is an flv, that when navigated off of, currently keeps playing instead of closing)

The code is all there, and someone who actually has a decent grasp of AS3 could probably get this working in a few hours.
