This one's for the parents out there or those exposed to good parenting.
We're having a hard time deciding on what do for day care after our paternity leaves are up. The thought of dropping my new infant off at a day care breaks my heart. I can stomach the thought of a nanny but it's like hiring an employee.

Do you guys have any advice or personal experiences you'd like to share?
