I've made simple preloaders before, however I'm now trying to make an interesting preloader with television fuzz, and the percent looks like a tv channel. Here's my succession:
1. First I have two bars animate open and the white fuzz movieclip embedded three frame repeated animation starts.

Then I want the preloader to display the text and it increases, (preferably after a second of white fuzz)

3. then I would like the playhead to continue on or jump to another scene or whatever (dont have the rest of my site yet)

I've been trying for the last 3 hours and it seems impossible, I feel like it might be preloading just the preloading animation, and then when I want it to stop to load at on point it won't work. any tips or advice?
