Does anyone know of a best method to do localization into several languages including asian and russian?

First, how do you select xml based on the system language? Is there an AS3 equivalent of (System.capabilities.language == "en")?

Second, what do you do about fonts? Do you embed or not embed? Or is there a way to dynamically embed fonts in flash?

I've heard swfObject can be used for this somehow though I'm not really sure how. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
