I am not sure I am posting in the right spot so I apologize if I am not.

I have a website and I want to put a small flash piece on it. It would have about 4 pictures and in between them would be some words the that came up and scrolled on the screen. I can explain more to anyone that might be interested. I have it all mapped out, I just do not have the ability to do it. I have a small budget but would be willing to pay someone to do it.
