Large Ongoing AS3/PHP/Mysql Management Software

I've been working for the past 2 years on a project that involves fairly heavy database interaction with AS2 that I'm currently converting to AS3. The projects code is written entirely in classes and I feel it's fairly complex. I've written all of it and the project may be finally gaining speed. I'm looking for someone who can help me develop this thing in AS3. You need to be well versed in AS3/php and mysql. I consider myself an intermediate level developer and am looking for someone at least as good as me but hopefully better! I know there are a lot of talented people on this forum; and as you can see I've been here for a while.

Some of you I already know your qualifications, for most comers I'd need to know that you're qualified and your hourly rate. We will work on an hourly basis and just do work as it comes. I am working on this project for someone else who now has some financial backing so I'm hoping that the project should get more serious.

You'll need to create an account in order to use it but it's free. Some of the cool things that this does that you'd need to know some about is send text message alerts (currently through smtp - will go through a SMS service), send skype messages (currently disabled for resource reasons) and it has a slew of cool features right on the screen.

It's primary use is business task management and any user interface knowledge would also be great!

The hours will be random but expect 8 or more each week. However, time is very flexible. This has been a great project for me to work on and I'll continue working on it with you but I could really use some help.

Oh, while I've been working on this for a long time this is in no way a garauntee of time and you won't be bound to commit anytime other than we agree to on a weekly or monthly basis. I am a freelancer and I'm looking for another freelancer to team with on this one project for an unset period of time. I don't want anyone to think this a permanent deal or that you'll be employed by me or that you'll have some guarantee through a company for this project.
