    time and date

    i need to populate a field ( MC on a map ) with the time and date I'm using this site to get the info http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=58 is there a way i can pull this info from the site ( or any public domain ) so i don't have to figure out all of the DST offsets ?? then feed it to my field?

    it is for about 60 cities in the world
