Hi,

I am looking for an intuitive 3D program to create some simple animations for our website. We have Autocad 2000i Mechanical graphics of our designs (can export .3ds, .stl, nurbs, .sat, 3d dxf, etc). I have Truspace, but am fumbling with it to get good output to web... it has trouble with complex solids...

We make commercial compactors and containers, et cetera.... What I would like to do is create simple animations with transparent walls on the packers/compactors, to depict simple hydraulic motions of the compactor rams moving back and forth. These are mostly single cylinders moving in a linear path, some have two cylinders that cross (radial actuation scissor movement).

Where else can I post a request, and get useful info returned?
