newbie--flash movies

Can some one please tell me where I can find a good online tutorial on implementing flash movies into web pages. I'm well versed on javascript and html.

I don't know about web sites, but I've got a book that's worth about $200 and I bought it for $30. It's called Flash 4, creative web animation. ISBN 0-201-354705 by Peachpit press, in association with MAcromedia. I surf the net all the time for tips but there's nonthing like have a quick reference.
