I have downloaded a premade postcard application and now I have to change all the file paths. I did that and now it says to change the "permissions" to numbers like 775 and 777. I don't know what the permissions are. I can't even open my postcard.pl or cgi-lib.pl. I can't open them in notepad like the others. Somebody please reply. Thanks for the help!
