Thread: Where can I get that Wintel Flash Player thingy

    Can anyone point me to a link where I can get that little freeware app that plays SWFs in it rather than just the browser. I hate installing new machines. Thanks in advance.

    ooh - you've got one you fooool.
    "C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Flash 5\Players" it's weenie enough to put onto a floppy.

    or you can probably get it from macromedia.com

    Thanks, seems to have also installed the winapp free Macromedia Flash 4 player I was looking for as well. Wonder if Macromedia released a Flash 5 player? Any ideas?
