    When you go to this page- a little gimmick for the movie "Iron Monkey" plays over the page......

    That was done with dhtml. you can make a separate layer that is independent from the rest of the html and can be positioned anywhere without reformatting everything else.

    Thanks.... I knew you could do that with gifs and DHTML, but I guess I never thought about trying it with a Flash file.....Just call me easily entertained....

    yup. just put your embed/object/swf chunk of html in that layer and off you go.
