Just remember man, if you do take it, be certain you can do what's assumed of you.
Imagine a person hired on as a lion tamer in a circus. First time into the cage during practice, the new person approaches the beast, slowly. A psuedo-confident look hides something beneath though. Moments later, the lion extends and treats himself to a meal of a man. Stunned circus workers wonder why. What was hiding beneath that look of confidence, that sense of skill when approaching the lion?
Circus organizers soon find out the man's background, and find out just what was beneath the look of confidence: The man had never entered a lion cage before, he had only seen pictures of them in books and witnessed the lion acts at the circus...The circus is then left with a lion, but no one to tame him/her...

The moral to this? Read the first sentance of the post.
The above story is a good analogy to a web design job. If you can't do what's required, you may be eaten as well.
So... learn what you need to learn and don't jump into a situation you can't handle.

    Good Luck man

And that is my greatest problem mg33. I don't know if I can do what is asked of me. So even if I do get a Flash job, I wonder if I would be able to even do it......

Hey Rebbelx, you self taught in all your computer profeciencies? I am just wondering how you got such a kick butt job offer like that. I am also wondering why you don't seem excited. I guess I am one of the few who is from a really poor family.

    Damn you world! Damn youuuuuu!!!!!!!!

If you are sure you can handle it, then go for it . A good idea would be to ask them for a "test site", ask for a fairly simple site they want made, and work out a deal on how much you will get if they use it. That way you will be sure you can do what they need, and there won't be near as much pressure (although pressure can be a good thing at times...) .

And only mg33 could come up with such an elegant way of saying "don't bite off more than you can chew" .

Cion, yes, new footer, I'm working on adding a little to it today, but I have to study for an Astronomy test I have on Wednesday.

RebbelX, if you are going to be doing any Flash for the site, remember what I told you about your sig: PUT HIT STATES AS RECTANGLES COVERING THE ENTIRE WORDS IN THE BUTTON. not yelling, just trying to make that stand out.

Thought you were going to do that already?

BTW, Coldfusion was used in the movie "The Saint."
Elizabeth Shue () was a scientist trying to develop a new way to create energy in the midst of a fuel shortage in Moscow. Val Kilmer (HOT!!) was the star in the movie, and his charector's motive was to steal the plans for Coldfusion from Shue's charector.

So for a good lesson ColdFusion, I suggest you rent that movie.

Sorry bout the footer mg33 just havent gotten around to that also about the job i have been given 2 months to learn ColdFusion more then i already know it. Also cion coldfusion is like CGI and Perl it can do the same stuff but better and easier. Also the reason im not exited is because im still trying to figure out if i have what it takes to do this job yes im capable and all but i dont know if i can work in a deadline driven business that easly i mean i am a team player and all but i like to work when im good and ready that keeps me motivated if i dont want to work today then dont i dont want to sit there stareing at teh same damn thin for a month. BTW cion im from a poor family to we live in a rich community but the army pays for half my house and the other half we can barely afford. Also mg33 good luck on that astronamy test i just got a b- on my German test and an A on my math test. Hope ya pass bud.
    Peace Out
