Draggable movie clip

This is going to be a simple question, but one i cannot figure out. I am creating a demo with some draggable objects.
The object is chosen via a dropdown, and it appears on stage. I would like to be able to drag the objects around screen until a suitable placement is found.

I am able to creat the draggable MC, but after it is dragged, it become undraggable. Is there a way to keep it draggable throughtout the session, with multiple MC on screen?
